FIRST AND FOREMOST..... Please know that if you choose to have your fence constructed out of pressure-treated pine wood, you may have issues with warping.  Some warping factors are within the homeowners control (i.e. sealing the wood, purchasing the steel frame option for gates, etc.).  Building with pressure treated pine is a less expensive fence option than other woods where warping is not an issue, so it is up to the homeowner to make that call.  Pressure-treated pine fences have some warranty limitations.  Please read on....

If you hire Bryan Fences, you will undoubtedly have an unusually smooth and pleasant home improvement experience.  Written quotes will not be altered except for either additions or subtractions to the project made at the request of the homeowner.  In other words, there will not be any surprises!  Because of the fact that wood is a commodity and fluctuates, written estimates will be good for 2 weeks from the date of the quote.

WOOD WARRANTY INFORMATION:
If wood surfaces are treated within the first 6 months of completion of fence,  with a water-repellent solution* (such as a clear coat or a stain), all wood work, is guaranteed against defects such as warping and sagging for 24 months from the date of project completion.**  If wood is not treated, there is a 6 month guarantee.  If Bryan Fences is contacted regarding a defect that falls within the specified time frame, the repair work is scheduled at the next available date at that time.  The cost to repair/replace non-warranty covered work is as follows: 
-  6' high 6x6 posts is $60 per post;
-  6' high 4x4 posts is $40 per post;
-  2x4's is $12 per 2x4. 
(Non-standard post height repair/replacement costs to be determined on a case by case basis.)

ALUMINUM WARRANTY INFORMATION:
All work is guaranteed against defects such as warping, sagging and loose posts for 24 months from the date of project completion.


* Treating the wood reduces the rate at which moisture is absorbed into and released from the wood, greatly affecting the structural and visual aspects of the structure.  It is recommended that outdoor wood structures be cleaned and refinished every few years to maintain the look and sturdiness of the structure.

** Bryan Fences is not responsible for storm damage or other miscellaneous damage;  however, it is our concern to maintain a good working relationship with our customers in which we can perform the necessary corrective actions to rebuild damaged sections at minimal cost to the customer.
